       To avoid the non-genuine products purchased by our users, and to protect the interests of our customers and partners, our statement is as follows:

       1. ExceptSundray Technology official supplier on Taobao,Sundray Technology has never authorized any other business and individuals through Taobao, Jingdong Mall or any other e-commerce platform to sell our products;

       2. Sundray Technology is a wireless application service provider for equipment and solutions targeting enterprise clients; we are not a home and personal electronics vendors. Only the technologists and cooperation partners who are authorized and certified by Sundray Technology are capable of integrating users network application and features/functions of Sundray Technology equipment, and providing the users with Sundray Technology product solutions, as well as operational upgrade of the equipment.

       3. Users can purchase Sundray Technology products, solutions and services through authorized channels. Sundray Technology will provide our clients with products and the service serial number, and protect the users' rights through the operation and maintenance service information system. Unauthorized channels or merchants will not be equipped with the operation and maintenance services.

       4. ExceptSundray Technology Official Store on Taobao,the sellers on other e-commerce platforms are not authorized by Sundray Technology, and may sell counterfeit products. Users and partners who wish to purchase the Sundray Technology products should be cautious about the authenticity of the information and products. Sundray Technology does not guarantee any warranty, quality or authenticity of these counterfeit products, and shall not be liable for any legal responsibilities. Sundray Technology shall not be liable for breach of contract from these unauthorized sellers.

       5. For the unaurthorized sellers and the e-commerce platform which has failed to take regulatory obligations, Sundray Technology retain the right to pursue its legal liability.
